Banking Techniques

System Demo Video - This video will show you how to make some amazing bank shots.
Book I - "Welcome to the Bank and Other Pool Shots".
Book II - "Shifting Gears with the Standard Shot".
Book III - "Shots Shifting Gears".
Carom - There are two types of Caroms, a hard hit and a soft hit. For both, one basic element applies - a line down the middle of the target pocket at the point where the two balls meet.
Jump Shot - Jumps are not that hard once you can visualize the angle the cue must be at to drive the cue ball into the table. If you have the cue pointing too high, you'll go nowhere. If it is too low, it will squirt out.
Masse - Without a doubt, the most difficult shot to get consistent at. Everyone has visions of holes in the felt and broken cues trying the Masse'. That doesn't have to be the case if you start with the softer approach. Use a bridge with your fingers on the table and a very light grip on the cue. Now use a light tap and work your way up until you see it starting to do something. You'll be making short Masse's before you know it and your table will remain in perfect condition.
Sure Carom Guides - Adding the carom shot into your game will open up possibilities you didn't have before. Each "Sure Carom Guide" lies flat on the table and comes with full instructions. Simply place your balls on the marks, line up the lines and shoot.

Technical Videos

Technical Video I - Puts you behind the cue so you will fully understand the system. Included are applications for 1,2 & 3 rail shots using the standard shot.
Technical Video II - Expands the system by 2 dots. Video II also includes techniques on "Inside English", caroms, and the "one-handed shot".
Technical Video III - This video demonstrates how to "Shift Gears", which will turn a 1-rail kick into a 2-rail kick. From there you will go from a 2-rail kick to a 3-rail kick. Methods for adjusting from any spot on the table are demonstrated.

Shot of the Day

Shot 1 - This shot you need to use 2nd Gear. 1st Gear would bring you back to the end pocket. But since you need to go to the side, 2nd Gear is your Speed and English.
Shot 2 - This shot you need to use 3rd Gear. Notice the balls in the way at the far end. This means you have to start far to right of those, then go to the side. 3rd Gear is your Speed and English.
Shot 3 - This shot you need to use 1st Gear. You need to go out further on this shot so you don't come back and scratch in the end. 1st Gear is your Speed and English.
Shot 4 - Because of the difference between High and Low 1st Gear, you need to allow more of an adjustment on the rail to avoid the scratch shot.
Shot 5 - For this shot you use First Gear. For the 2-rail in the end, use a closed bridge. For the 2-rail in the side, use First Gear open bridge.
Shot 6 - In this shot a 2-rail First Gear low English shot is blocked by a ball. Go over one half dot and use First Gear high English to cut down the angle.
Shot 7 - In this shot using First Gear, first you have a 2-rail. Then for the 3-rail go out one quarter ball past the Standard Shot Line.
Shot 8 - For this shot, you have to let the cue do all the work. Use an open bridge and a really light grip on the butt.
Shot 9 - For this shot you use First Gear Bringback. By using Bringback with the right speed, the spin is gone when it hits the second rail, allowing it to come towards the pocket.
Shot 10 - This shot is like shot 3, only we're going lengthwise. Use First Gear English.
Shot 11 - I call this the delayed reaction shot. I call both balls, and instead of drawing the cue ball over for the 8, I go 4 rails to pocket the ball.
Shot 12 - Play this shot once first to notice the two locations of the object ball. For the ball in the jaws use First Gear closed bridge. For the ball slightly out use First Gear open bridge.
